In college one of the first things you learn in Econ 101 is that there's no such thing as a free lunch. What does that mean?
I got a call from a company telling me that I won a "free" trip to the Bahamas. Great, right?! Wrong! These things never turn out to be free. They rope you in with this free offer and then they hit you up with a bunch of fees later, so that you end up with paying the same amount.
I hate cruises and I know this because I've never been on one. I don't think that stopping off at a port for 2 hours is justification for having "been to" a country.
If you get a call about a free cruise. Just hang up and don't let them waste your time. It's a classic ripoff!
