Happy Halloween everybody!  Do you not have an idea for a costume?  Do you have a place to rent or sell? How about going as a 'FOR RENT/ FOR SALE' sign??

I have a condo that's for sale or rent, whichever comes first.  As you know you can't hang anything on the door nor put a for sale/rent sign out front.  So in order to get the word out I'll be giving away flyers to all the little kiddies and their parents who come by for candy.  It's a great way to spread via word of mouth!

Take two pieces of cardboard.  One for sale, with the price and one for rent, with the price.  Attach these and hang them around your neck, so that they always notice them.  Boom!  You're killing two birds with one stone!

A black woman who is a single mother of 3 three with a govt job.  She paid off $180k in 9 years.  You can't do it?  So what's your excuse??

I will some times post "mistakes" that people make with their finances.  This is a prime example of what to do!

Here's a great introductory interview with Mr. Money Mustache who writes a blog mrmoneymustache.com, which is similar, but way better than this blog.  If you're not a big fan of reading (boooo!!!) than this is something that you can listen to and get the basic background.

If you implement what he talks about in this interview, it will change your life.
