April was a good month! A 2.8% increase and I'll take it! A 3.5% increase for the year is not very impressive though. I should be up by at least 5%. I'd like to at least be in the low $800k by the end of the year.
Once again I don't show any sort of appreciation in real estate until it's sold, so any sort of growth in that is not reflected in the net worth. So in order for that to grow it's going to have to be in cash flow and as of right now that's going towards other investments.
