Net worth increased by 0.7% from the previous month, which is pretty good, but 1% would be better. Overall year over year it increased by 7.7%. I've been averaging 20% since I started, so this was my worst year since 2009. Again this does not count any appreciation in real estate since I keep that at cost until it's sold.
I've changed the contribution plans for my retirement account for work. Now I'm trying to accumulate more cash. This won't help my net worth situation since it's costing me $60 per pay period in taxes to do this. The plus to it is that I will have more flexibility with what I can do with it. I can pay down debt, etc.
