Are you better off than the richest person who ever lived?

John D. Rockefeller, the oil tycoon, is considered by most economic historians to be the wealthiest person of all time with a net worth between $329 billion and $699 billion in today's dollars. Either way he did ok. And so are you!

Love it or hate our economic system works pretty well over decades. It by no means moves in a straight line, but rather ebbs and flows. The middle class American now has a much better standard of living than Rockefeller had when he lived just 80 years ago.

We have homes that regulate temperature year round, vehicles that go more than 40 mph and you can fly anywhere in the world in less than 24 hrs. Not to mention in door plumbing, electricity and a smart phone that has more computing power than all of NASA 40 years ago. So on this birthday of the USA, pat capitalism on the back, it's doing ok.

Hard money lenders are specific asset-based loans based upon the value of a property today such as an 80 unit multifamily apartment or some other type of commercial real estate, and are expensive because of the inherent high risk of the loan. There is very little income documentation required on a hard money loan although, the more information that is available, the better chances you have of being approved.

Credit card debt consolidation entails taking out one loan on your credit card to pay off several others. This is often done to secure a lower interest rate, secure a fixed interest rate or for the convenience of servicing only one loan. Credit card debt consolidation helps hundreds of thousands consumers reduce their credit card debt and high interest rates. Since credit cards are issued at an alarming rate, credit card debt consolidation is needed to help the consumers tidy over their multiplying credit card debts.

This website was created due to the atrociously misguided financial advice that I've heard over the decades.  Financial freedom is not intellectually strenuous, but it takes discipline.
